Tzaziki (Greek yoghurt dip)

Recipe is pretty much the same as other recipes I've seen, but I wanted to list the exact one I used. May try adding lemon juice and/or mint leaves next time. Not sure if pepper is absolutely needed.

Ingredients

  1. Greek yoghurt - 2 cups
  2. Garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons
  3. Fresh dill, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  4. Cucumber, grated - 1/4 cup
  5. Olive oil - 1/4 cup
  6. Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
  8. Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and serve chilled
