Recipe is pretty much the same as other recipes I've seen, but I wanted to list the exact one I used. May try adding lemon juice and/or mint leaves next time. Not sure if pepper is absolutely needed.
Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt - 2 cups
- Garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh dill, chopped - 1 tablespoon
- Cucumber, grated - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and serve chilled
